Biography

     My name is Damian Arellano and this is my fourth year at JAA EDH!  I am excited to be teaching PE again this year! I was born and raised in San Francisco.  I have 4 children, 3 of which are attending JAA this year!  Kayla is in 9th grade, Ashlyn is in 7th grade, and my youngest son Elijah is in 2nd grade.  My daughter Lyla is currently in 4th grade at another school.

     I spent 13 years teaching 2nd grade at Zion Lutheran, the school my family attended as children.  Before that, I taught 3rd grade in Phoenix and English Language Development in Marin County.

     We are enjoying the sun and the wide open spaces in El Dorado County.  I love being a teacher and parent in this school community!
