Welcome! 
 
My name is Nicole Duran, and I am a fourth grade teacher here at John Adams Academy! 
 
I have been with the academy since 2014, and there's no other place I would rather be. 
 
I love the mission and vision of John Adams Academy, and I am proud to have the opportunity to change lives each and every day! 
 
This year, my main form of communication will be through ParentSquare, and Google Classroom! 
 
In Google Classroom, you will find: 
  1. Video lessons to watch if your scholar is absent, or doesn't understand the days lessons
  2. A daily calendar to inform you what we have learned that day
  3. A yearly calendar that will have due dates, as well as important events
  4. Assignments scholars can complete in the classroom, or at home 
  5. Scores on assignments, as well as feedback
  6. A list of missing, or completed assignments 
  7. All websites we will be using throughout the year 
It's going to be a wonderful year together!
