Work Permits
- Scholar must be in good academic standing.
- Please bring completed form, signed by parent and supervisor at work, to the front office.
- Permit will be signed by administration, copied to be kept on file at the Academy, and original will be returned to scholar.
- Work permits will be returned within one business day (24 hour period).
