Scholars and Staff: Please complete the appropriate counselor request form below.

Middle School: Ms. Frantz Counselor Request Form 2023-2024

High School: Mrs. Murphy Counselor Request Form 2023-2024

Parents (Grades 7-12): Please contact [email protected] or call the Washington front desk to schedule a phone or in person meeting with your scholar's school counselor.
