2017 Holiday Art Show Reflection

Answer as many of these questions as you want to reach the length you need.  Use complete sentences and paragraphs!
Middle School: 1 page.  High School: 2 pages.  Extra credit for more if it’s good!

  • What things did our class do to prepare for this concert? Did they work well?  Could we have done anything different to be better prepared?
  • How did we do in the concert on performing the music well (such as notes, rhythms, words, expression, etc.)? How could we do better next time?
  • How did you and your class do on professionalism in the concert? What went well?  What could have been better? 
  • What did you like about the concert? What did you not like?  What would you change next time?
  • How did we serve as servant-leaders in the concert? What were we trying to give to the audience members?  Were we effective at what we were trying to do?
  • What has your experience in choir been like so far this year? What have you like/ not liked?  What would you change? 

Fall 2017 Performance Reflection Questions

Write about some or all of the following prompts using complete sentences and paragraphs (no bullet points).  (One journal page for grade 7-8, two pages for 9+; Extra Credit for more.)

  • What did you/your class/your choir do to prepare for this concert? What could you/we have done better to get ready?
  • Describe in detail how the concert went from your point of view. Describe your experience during warm-ups, in the audience, and performing on stage.  What did you like about the concert?  What did you not like?  What would you change?
  • How did you/your class/your choir do in performing the songs well? (learning the songs, breath support, vowels, diction, facial expressions/acting, etc.)
  • How did you/your class/your choir do on using professionalism on and off the stage during the concert? How were you good audience members?
  • How have you seen yourself/your class improve over the course of this semester?
