Homework Assignments

Homework is essential practice in all classes.  Sometimes this may include required reading, with or without the need to provided written responses to essential questions.

Homework for math and science must always show that great care, effort and time has been placed into the effort. High quality work should have various characteristics:

  1. Any calculation where units (meters, kg, seconds, etc.) are part of the answer must be included!
  2. Any graph produced for math or science must have correct units along the axes of the graph, along with appropriate labels for each axis. When care is taken, you produce high quality work!
  3. Work in math must be in PENCIL.
  4. Work in Science (especially LAB work, and calculations) must be in BLUE or BLACK ink! (If you make a mistake, just place a line through the error).
  5. Work must be on time (legitimate reasons for a delay may give some wiggle room).
  6. Lastly, BE NEAT!  I do need to read you work. This also gives me a chance to grade it quickly.

More information on submitting work to Google Classroom shall be posted in the Google Classroom page for your particular class.
