I absolutely love being a teacher's aide and having the opportunity to learn and grow alongside my scholars every day. It’s incredibly fulfilling to serve as a mentor for my students while also having a mentor to guide me, making this journey even more meaningful. The Academy’s 10 Core Values deeply resonate with me because they align closely with my own beliefs. 

One of my favorite books is Heidi. Its timeless lessons and moments of growth remind me of the beauty of teaching—it’s about learning, growing, and making a difference together.
