I know I’ve used Aeries in the past, but I cannot remember my password.
- Go to the AERIES PORTAL LINK
- Click Forgot Password? and follow prompts.
Not all of my scholars are showing up in my Aeries account. How do I add my other scholar(s)?
- Log into the AERIES PORTAL LINK
- Click your email address in the upper right-hand corner
- Click Add New Student To Your Account
I’ve never accessed Aeries before. How do I create my account login and link my scholars?
- Go to the AERIES PORTAL LINK
- Click Create New Account
- Choose Parent/Guardian
- Please use the email we have on file
- Choose your password
- A verification email will be sent to your address.
- Contact the front desk for your scholar’s Student ID and Verification Code.
- Follow prompts to continue creating your account.
I don’t remember if I set up my Aeries account. How do I find out?
- Go to the AERIES PORTAL LINK
- Click Forgot Password? and follow prompts.
- If an account has not been created, you will receive the message: the email address could not be matched to an account.
- Continue with the instructions above on how to create your Aeries login.
How do I update contact information in Aeries?
- Go to the AERIES PORTAL LINK
- Click CONTACTS on the left side of the screen.
- Click the pencil icon next to the section you would like to update.
