Mrs. Frantz is the TK-12 School Counselor at John Adams Academy, El Dorado Hills. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in both Psychology and Child Development at California State University Sacramento in 2006. She began working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in the fall of that year, supporting children and families in their homes, schools, and in the clinic setting. She thrives in helping children and families overcome social and behavioral challenges. Above all, she loves seeing the positive impact of her work. As a continuous learner herself, she enjoys new opportunities to apply conscientious and forward-thinking perspectives. After fourteen years in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis she earned her Master of Science Degree in Educational Counseling at National University. She joined the John Adams Academy counseling team in the fall of 2019. As a parent herself, she understands the importance of developing the academic, career, social, and emotional development of children and adolescents.
