Independent Study

If your scholar is going to be out of school 2 or more days you can apply for independent study.

Fill out the Independent Study Form found below or you may pick up a form at the front desk at any of our campuses.

The Independent Study Form needs to be turned into the front office at least 7 school days prior to the first day of the Independent study.

The independent study contract and assignments will be available for signature and pick up at the front desk on the school day prior to the start date of the independent study.

On the scholar's return to school, the scholar turns in the independent study folder with the work and assignment sheet to the front office.  (Not the teacher)

REMINDER: Per the Scholar Handbook, Independent Study requests will not be granted during the following time frames:

● The first three weeks of school

● The last three weeks of the academic year

● The final two weeks of each grading period (quarter)
