Comprehensive Benefits Offered
In addition to good working conditions and competitive pay, it is John Adams Academy's policy to provide a combination of supplemental benefits to all eligible employees. These include time-off benefits, such as vacations and holidays, insurance, and other plan benefits.
Eligibility – Any full-time employee working more than 30 days is eligible on the 1st of the following month.

- JAA paid nonelective contributions of 3%.
- Matching contributions up to 5% after one year.

Longevity Stipend - After 5 years of employment, we offer our full-time and part-time employees longevity stipends ranging from $1,000-$4,000 and increasing with the length of employment.
