Event Chair General Description
 
An Event Chair is a volunteer position that is given to an individual through an application process. The Chair will hold the duty of working alongside their board liaison to plan and execute an event. By applying, you acknowledge and agree to work within the defined parameters of the event with the understanding that you are representing the mission and vision of the Academy. The ultimate decision-making authority of each event lies in the hands of the Headmaster and Administration of the Academy with your board liaison acting as your mentor and advocate.

Event Chair Application and Planning Process
 
1. Read Event Details and Create a Letter of Interest to Attach in Application
2. Apply for the Event Chair Position Here
3. Receive Invite to Chair Event
4. Meet with Liaison to Go Over Parameters and Event Packet Details
5. Complete Event Packet
6. Execute
