Aeries Information System is a comprehensive K-12 scholar data management platform used by school districts to handle operations like enrollment, attendance, grades, and state reporting. It provides different interfaces for school administrators, teachers, scholars, and parents, including a Parent Portal and Mobile Portal for easy access to scholar information such as schedules, grades, and progress reports.

  • Log into the Aeries Portal Link
  • Click your email address in the upper right-hand corner
  • Click Add New Student To Your Account
  • Go to the Aeries Portal Link
  • Click Create New Account
  • Choose Parent/Guardian
  • Please use the email we have on file
  • Choose your password
  • A verification email will be sent to your address.
  • Contact the front desk for your scholar’s Student ID and Verification Code.
  • Follow prompts to continue creating your account.
  • Go to the Aeries Portal Link
  • Click Forgot Password? and follow prompts.
  • If an account has not been created, you will receive the message: the email address could not be matched to an account.
  • Continue with the instructions above on how to create your Aeries login.
  • Go to the Aeries Portal Link
  • Click Contacts on the left side of the screen.
  • Click the pencil icon next to the section you would like to update.
