From before the first bell to the end of the afternoon, Expanded Learning provides purposeful experiences that inspire curiosity, build friendships, and encourage scholars to grow in knowledge, character, and leadership.
Whether scholars are exploring their favorite author, creating works of art, discovering a new hobby, playing outdoors, or serving alongside friends, every day is intentionally designed to extend the John Adams Academy experience beyond the classroom.

Classics Come to Life invites scholars to step into unforgettable stories, imaginative worlds, and hands-on experiences where curiosity becomes discovery and timeless virtues come alive. Every seasonal adventure is thoughtfully designed to inspire wonder, encourage creativity, and transform school breaks into experiences scholars will remember long after they return to the classroom.

State Expanded Learning is free for foster, homeless, and low-income.
Financial assistance for individuals and families seeking support may be submitted through Infinite Campus (formerly LINQ). Additionally, a sliding scale provides a tiered level of assistance to those who need it most.
