His education and experience in financial planning as a Certified Financial Planner and Certified Employee Benefits Specialist, combined with his experience as a business owner, will assist the charter school with finance, facilities and business management issues.

Roy and his wife Tamra appreciate the challenge this institution offers their children to expand their minds intellectually as well as the reinforcement of time-tested principles that will encourage them along the path to becoming servant leaders.

 In previous schools, he has served as a parent representative on the site council to provide recommendations and feedback to the local school. His philosophy is that when he sees an issue, that rather than complain, one should jump in and be a part of the solution. 

Jean Pagnone is a dedicated servant leader whose thinking has largely been shaped by her late father, her faith, and Frederic Bastiat.  Committed to preserving traditional values, promoting limited government, and providing an education that values the success of every child while seeking to strengthen parent partnership in education, her heart lies in mentoring the next generation of leaders.

Dr. Bennett is a woman committed to touching hearts through ministry, philanthropy, education and outreach. Her dedication to this mission is unlimited by social, economic, or political status; it is driven by her desire to empower negativities into possibilities.
