Ms. Kaelee Ragasa is entering her third year as an educator, bringing enthusiasm, creativity, and a heart for scholars to every classroom she leads. In 2024, she earned her Master’s Degree with a focus on integrating movement into daily instruction—research that reflects her belief in the power of engaging the whole child in the learning process.

Last year, Ms. Ragasa served at John Adams Academy’s Roseville campus, where she quickly became known for her dynamic teaching style and unwavering dedication to the Academy’s mission of restoring America’s heritage through classical leadership education. She was drawn to John Adams Academy for its rich foundation of civic virtue, moral character, and academic excellence—values she proudly embodies as a mentor.

In the classroom, Ms. Ragasa prioritizes movement, hands-on learning, and guiding scholars to become critical thinkers who ask questions, explore ideas, and develop their own voice. She is passionate about cultivating a learning environment where every scholar feels seen, valued, and empowered to grow—not only academically, but as future servant leaders.

Her favorite part of teaching at John Adams Academy is witnessing scholars flourish—not just in knowledge, but in confidence, character, and purpose. She finds deep joy in helping scholars recognize their unique strengths and rise to their full potential. Her goal is to equip each young leader with resilience, a strong work ethic, and a love of learning that lasts a lifetime.

Ms. Ragasa’s favorite children’s classic is The Rainbow Fish, a story that reminds scholars of the importance of sharing, empathy, and kindness. As for adult classics, she treasures The Count of Monte Cristo for its profound narrative of redemption and transformation—from vengeance to mercy.

A Northern California native now living in Southern California, Ms. Ragasa finds peace and inspiration at the coast. Whether she’s grounding herself in the sand, embracing the ocean breeze, or listening to the waves, the shoreline is her sanctuary. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, dancing, reading, working out, crafting coastal décor, and caring for her two beloved tortoises.
